TrakysI've used a lot of apps in my life. Todoist for tasks, Toggl Track for hours, Money Manager for spending, Notion for everything else — and plenty more. I genuinely liked each of them. And each of them, two or three years in, quietly became hard to control: separate databases, separate habits, and no single place that could tell me what my work actually costs and returns.
That's where the idea of Trakys came from. The project was redone many times — it took about a year before I arrived at how I actually wanted to see it. Real implementation started in February 2026, planned and built piece by piece.
Where it is today
On August 1, 2026, Trakys officially became available. I build it alone, so there are bugs — I'd rather tell you that here than let you find out yourself. By the end of 2026 the plan is to fix them, ship the mobile app with sync, add a proper document editor, and grow into full project management.
What's inside right now:

Beyond the modules: connect your own website to a project and Trakys becomes its admin panel — cookieless analytics inside the app, and a blog you write and publish from Trakys while your site keeps the content. This very post was published exactly that way.
What's next
Mobile app and sync, a document editor, deeper project management, and steady bug-fixing through the end of the year. The philosophy stays fixed: track what your work costs and returns, in one place, without ceremony.
