Sponsors don't receive users, segments, survey answers, profiles, or access to any targeting console. Trakys itself picks who might find a sponsor relevant, internally. Sponsors only ever see aggregated numbers: impressions, voluntary opens, clicks.
Users see a quiet, clearly-labeled offer to view a sponsor's message and most will skip it — we say this to every sponsor up front. The value of sponsoring is keeping a free product alive and being introduced honestly to the part of the audience that cares.
