Trakys is a software product registered to and operated by Mark Semikhov (JDG). Contracts, invoices, payment processing, and legal notices are issued by the operator, not by a separate company under the Trakys name.

ProjectM Team is present in the United States through ProjectM LLC (projectm.space) and in the EU through Avarmit Sp. z o.o. (avarmit.com). These are separate legal entities: neither operates Trakys, neither is a party to your agreement with it, and neither processes your data on its behalf — that is the sole proprietorship named above. “ProjectM Team” is a team name, not a company.
