TrakysTen days since the last note, and most of that time went into one idea: Trakys should be useful to more than one person at a time — a family, a couple of companies, and an assistant that actually does work.
An agent that lives on your computer
The big one, and for now the most limited one. Your agent runs on your own machine — a small desktop app for Windows and Linux — and talks to Trakys on your behalf. It reads your projects, creates and fills in tasks, answers “what did I do yesterday” with real numbers from your time log, and can hand coding work to agents running on that same machine.
It lives by one rule: nothing changes without your “yes”. Every change it wants to make — a task, a file edit, a command — is shown to you verbatim and waits for Approve. You talk to it from the ✨ panel in the app, from your phone by voice or text (the mobile app got an Agent tab), or out loud at the PC by calling its name.
This is a closed circle for now: the desktop build, the mobile app and the agent itself are available to a limited number of people. If you want in, write to [email protected].
Money for a family, not a person
A wallet shared with you now counts on your Money page — in the total and in spending — with an All / Only mine switch. Your dashboard and reports keep counting only the wallets you own, every operation on them, whoever posted it. A credit can be shared with the person paying it with you, and each side decides whether it counts in their own net.
Categories got the treatment they needed once you have a personal list and a list per company: the lists stay separate on purpose, but you can say that two rows mean the same thing — link them by hand, or copy a whole list into a company as linked copies. Filters and the category chart then show one line per meaning, not a duplicate per book. And the wallet's owner chooses which categories travel with a share.
Transactions take attachments now, and the transaction form was reordered around what you actually fill in every time; the rare fields fold into More.
Documents in tabs, versions you can compare
Open documents sit in a strip of tabs above the editor; reopening Notes brings you back to where you were. Pick any two versions of a document — the current unsaved state included — and read them side by side with a change map to jump by. A comparison opens as its own tab, so closing the history panel doesn't lose what you chose.
