Module Data Policy
Last updated: November 1, 2026
This policy covers the Trakys modules that keep records about your daily life: Sleep and Endurance. It is separate from our Terms and works alongside our Privacy Policy.
Who is responsible
Mark Semikhov (JDG), Poland, the operator of Trakys, is responsible for these records. Contact: [email protected].
Which records
Sleep: the date, bed and wake times, duration, your quality score, your notes and your target schedule. Endurance: your timers and habits with their names and labels, the start, stop, duration and points of each run, and your habit check-ins.
Why we keep them
So the module can work and show you your history on your devices. We do not sell these records and do not use them for advertising.
Where they are stored
On the Trakys servers, run by our cloud hosting and database provider on our behalf. Data is sent over encrypted connections.
Who can see them
You. If you open your profile to friends, accepted friends see your Endurance totals and records, but not your sleep. An app or assistant you connect with an API key can use them within the access you gave it.
How long we keep them
Until you delete them, withdraw your consent or delete your account. They do not expire on their own. When an account is deleted, its records are removed after a short grace period.
Withdrawing your consent
You can withdraw at any time in Settings. The rest of Trakys keeps working as before.
What happens to your records
Withdrawing deletes your sleep and Endurance records. This can't be undone, and agreeing again starts empty. Time entries made by a timer with time tracking on, and tasks linked to a habit, stay in Time and Tasks.
